Globally, there are five factors that affect health and life expectancy of people, namely malnutrition, unsafe sex, alcohol, poor sanitation and hygiene, as well as high blood pressure. Approximately 60 million deaths at younger ages around the world are caused by five factors.

When these five factors can be overcome, death at a young age is not only preventable, but life expectancy will increase to five years. This report was submitted by the World Health Organization (WHO).

If the malnutrition becomes a big problem in poor countries, obesity and overweight due to excess nutrients, a problem in most developed countries. According to WHO, more deaths are caused due to obesity than from malnutrition.

"If the quality of healthcare rises, social welfare will also increase," noted WHO. The report also mentioned, there are some health issues associated with rich countries, such as smoking and obesity, it now also faced by poor countries and developing countries.

WHO noted that health risks are in transition now; life expectancies are rising because of success against infectious diseases, but at the same time new problems arise due to lack of physical activity, diet, alcohol consumption and smoking.

In general, this world health agencies rank the risk of death due to health factors, namely hypertension (13%), smoking (9%), high blood sugar (6%), lack of exercise (6%), and obese or overweight (5% ). These factors increase the risk of chronic illness and disease cause of death, such as diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
